Track Name: Curtains
Do you remember when she pulled her curtains down?
Spat upon their satin folds atop the ground
Why’d she buy them, who convinced her what she really needs
Are silky blinds to hide the neighbor from her dirty deeds

When’s the last time that she left a filthy mess
The place was rocked, the people shocked, but she felt less
Like she was fulfilling some role given long ago
She’s lost her mind, well maybe she’s just let it go

From time to time, everybody loses it
Once in a while, we’ve got to drop the ball
Sometimes I need to close my eyes
To take in nothing, nothing at all

She goes into art museums, and just stares
Wonders if she’s really happy standing there
She can be pretty, can be tough, she can be convincing
Lets quit it with the definitions, she’s somewhere in between
Track Name: Boon
I should tell you I should tell you I’ve fallen hard
You don’t seem to be bereaved its just another card
Fallen down, but the face looks concerned
Cause I’ve been thinking every day
About our blessed boon
Carelessly given away
Carelessly given away
I’m just tryin to justify my breathing

I will warn you I will warn you
It’s proven hard
To find an up without a down
And not grow cold
Oh the times they call for a change of life
Cause I’ve been grieving every day
For our blessed boon
Carelessly whittled away
Carelessly whittled away
Track Name: Beyond the River
Don’t know how I got to be this wary
But being sure is far scarier
Than floating along know not where to go
I just follow it down

The path goes far beyond the river
And promises are never delivered
At the right time though they’re dying to be spoke

And in the towns
Across the world we will leave all our secrets
And bit by bit I’ll break into pieces

Till the time feels right to take in a good thing
And after all what am I avoiding
Just to be sure I endure all my misadventures

I want my broken despair
I want to feel my scars
Its not about regrets
We need to figure out who we really are

Cause love like this is so uncommon
And why can’t you see that’s my problem
I’m not trying to be unfair
There’s just a ticking in my head that says I have to disappear somewhere
Track Name: Weak and Strong
Dream about you playing to me softly
It makes me smile to think that they come true
I’ll get you here at last, but it goes so fast and it always ends too soon

When will you make your way across the water
To show your face amid this growing pool
I’m wanting to go on but I’m weak and strong when it comes to you

I couldn’t prove it to you, I couldn’t prove it to you
Though you’ll thank me soon

What is right and what is wrong I can’t tell
All I know is I don’t have a clue
It’s heartbreaking to see that its you, not me, that knows just what to do

So play before me like it was the last time
Break your strong and they’ll come back anew
Our time hasn’t passed, but I want this to last so believe in me and you

I couldn’t prove it to you, I couldn’t prove it to you
Though you’ll thank me soon
Track Name: Them Apples
The leaves are on the ground
A Final resting place
The clock is tocking and
while I’m walking the wind blows on my face
Oh the days fall off, its too late what I hear
And in hindsight, I would’ve loved to bite,
one of them apples this year

Too much time on the phone,
Too much time in bed
Too much drinking,
and useless thinking messin up my head
And days gone by, its too late what I hear
And in hindsight, I would’ve loved to bite,
one of them apples this year

Oh I’ve missed another chance, got regrets in my ears
In hindsight I would’ve loved to bite,
one of them apples this year

The apples gone to rot
The leaves all gone to brown
The sky in snowin and hell is blowing up this stinkin town
Oh the days are short, too short what I fear
And in hindsight I would’ve loved to bite,
one of them apples this year
Track Name: Warm White Echo
Roll the ground out under me
Word is there in the meaning
All is lost to the air

Shake the floor of the stage
Croon your voice in its rage
Touch my face, I’m still there
Kill the light I’m still there
Unaware

When the song is done
And the words are waste
Just a warm white echo
In a vast vast space

Fear is death your dying in your sleep
Dream your dreams, never take a leap
Time is never your friend
But rushing’s never what I meant
Take a breath

When the song is done
And the words are waste
Just a warm white echo
In a vast vast space
